"When moving to California, we selected an older home that had wonderful outdoor living features and fantastic views. The house had a good foundation, but needed a fair amount of updating. We interviewed several contractors who came highly recommended to us and after these interviews we felt that Roger was the right fit to do our home remodel.

Roger listened to our list of to-dos for our house and was able to give us some sound advice and eventually provided us a solid quote on the work that was going to be completed. He was very professional and had a thorough understanding of all that needed to be done within our home in a short amount of time and then also got it completed in a fair amount of time.

The remodel of our home touched almost every room in our house, some of the work that Roger and his team did included:

• Installation of hardwood floors, closet doors, lighting and painting in every bedroom
• The master bathroom was transformed into a beautiful sanctuary
• The fireplaces in both the living and den were removed and replaced with a beautiful stone gas pass-through fireplace
• Walls and floors were replaced in our den and in the laundry room floors were tiled and cabinets installed
• The electric workings in the house were updated and brought up to code

We were impressed with Roger's solid understanding of what it takes to remodel a home and how he was able to find solutions to hidden problems or issues that arose as we went along. "Roger procured a contract to remodel a house owned by the Methodist Church on Montgomery Dr. in Santa Rosa. The project involved working with a house built in the 1950s that needed support for the roof and floor. It also involved reroofing the house, electrical repairs, and installation of a new HVAC system.

            Roger has also worked on other smaller projects for us. In each case, I found Roger Lees to be very competent, easy to work with and organized. He also completed projects when promised and ensured that the finished product was always as was specified in the contract.
